3. Payment Terms You must make a one-time payment of LKR 90,000.00 to use our Services. This amount is due upfront. Please note that the price may vary if there is a discount provided.

Starting from the second year, an annual maintenance fee of LKR 7,500.00 will be charged.
4. Use of Data By using our Services, you agree that we may use the data collected from your usage to train our artificial intelligence (AI) systems. This helps us improve and automate various aspects of our Services, including site updates and query responses.
5. Automated Services Many of our service features, including site updates and query responses, are powered by AI. This allows us to provide efficient and timely updates and support.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without express written permission by us.
You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers connected to the Services.

The Services and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of 2xDev Pvt Ltd and its licensors.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of 2xDev Pvt Ltd.
